- Platypus (Ornithorhynchus anatinus)
This collection is inspired by the curious Platypus; one of just two monotremes worldwide (alongside the Echidna). Platypuses are sporadically seen in the wild around the Illawarra and wear a thick coat of biofluorescent brown. Males have venomous spurs on their inner hind legs, which may be used in defence.

Labradorite is a mineral stone with a dark base and inclusions that often displays an iridescent effect, representing the Platypus beautifully. Labradorite challenges limiting beliefs and dials up resilience. Combined with the strength and grounding of glossy black onyx, the jewellery provides you with powerful protection.

White Clay Mountain pieces are designed and handmade in Dharawal Country by artist Bec Lea. Gemstones can differ in colour, pattern, size, and shape, and minor gemstones may vary in each creation.
